浆细胞型巨大淋巴结增生症

Plasma-cell types of giant lymph node hyperplasia:a case report and review of the literature

目的探讨浆细胞型巨大淋巴结增生症的组织学发生、临床及病理特征。方法报告1例浆细胞型巨大淋巴结增生症,并复习有关文献。结果①浆细胞型巨大淋巴结增生症可能由病毒刺激机体产生。②本病应与浆细胞瘤及Hodgkin’s病鉴别。③临床呈多中心性发生,大量成熟的浆细胞弥漫增生为其典型病理特征。结论本病无论临床和病理,其表现和淋巴瘤十分相似,必须加以鉴别,治疗可选择化疗或放疗。

ObjectiveTo discuss the histogenesis、clinical and pathological character of plasma-cell types of giant lympnode hyperplasia.MethodsA case of plasma-cell types of giant lymph node hyperplasia was reported.Results①Plasma-cell types of giant lymph node hyperplasia maybe originated from the illuminating of virus.②It should be diagnosefrom plasmacytoma and Hodgkins lymphoma.③Multicentricity and hyperplasia of plasma are its typicacharacter.ConclusionThe clinic and pathology of this disease are similar with lymphoma.If necessary,chemotherapy anradiotherapy can be taken.
