乳腺癌并双侧腋淋巴结转移—附4例报告

Breast cancer with bilateral axillary lymph node-positive:a report of 4 cases

目的探讨乳腺癌并双侧腋淋巴结转移的临床特点、治疗。方法回顾性分析我们在1980年1月～2002年5月间诊治的4例乳腺癌并双侧腋淋巴结转移的临床资料。结果乳腺癌并双侧腋淋巴结转移的原发肿瘤均位于乳腺内侧,相应的皮肤均有 “桔皮征”,同侧腋淋巴结有多个转移,且部分融合。术后48天～10个月内对侧乳腺均出现癌变。患者的双侧乳腺和双侧腋下淋巴结病理切片的图像特征相似,并且均为浸润性导管癌。结论乳腺癌并双侧腋淋巴结转移临床较少见,多表现为对侧乳腺亚临床隐匿转移。手术及术后尽早放、化疗是有效的治疗手段。

ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical characteristics and treatment of breast cancer witnode-positive.Methods4 cases of breast cancer with bilateral axillary lymph node-positive studied retrospectively.ResultsAll the primary tumor were inside of the breast and orange-peskin over the mass.More ipsilateral axillary lymph nodes were found metastatic.Contralateral breastdays to 10 months after operation.The pathologic characteristics of both sides of breast tumorsimilar.ConclusionsBreast cancer with bilateral axillary lymph node-positive is rare.Operation and takinchemotherapy,radiotherapy in time after operation are effective treatment.
