妇科肿瘤的特异性主动免疫治疗进展
摘要
肿瘤的特异性主动免疫治疗(SAIT),即用肿瘤疫苗刺激机体产生针对肿瘤特异性抗原的免疫反应,作为癌症患者手术、化疗或放疗的一种辅助治疗,目的是克服因肿瘤产物造成的免疫抑制状态,增强肿瘤相关抗原(TAA)的免疫原性,以刺激特异性免疫来攻击肿瘤细胞。肿瘤疫苗包括细胞疫苗。
