摘要
目的 :研究长梗薤白 (AlliumnerinifoliumBaker .)鳞茎的化学成分。方法 :采用反复硅胶柱色谱分离纯化 ,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果 :从长梗薤白鳞茎的乙醇提取物中分得了 5个化合物 ,即提果皂苷元 (ti gogenin ,Ⅰ )、吉托皂苷元 (gitogenin ,Ⅱ )、desgalactotigonin(Ⅲ )、2 5 (R) -2 6 -0 -β -D -吡喃葡萄糖基 -2 2 -甲氧基 -5α -呋甾 -3β、2 6 -二醇 -3 -0 -β -D -吡喃葡萄糖基 ( 1→ 2 ) -[β -D -吡喃木糖基 ( 1→ 3) ] -β -D -吡喃葡萄糖基 ( 1→ 4) -β-D -吡喃半乳糖苷 ( 2 5 (R) -2 6 -O -β -D -glucopyranosyl -2 2 -methoxy -5α -furostan -3β、2 6 -diol -3 -O -β -D -glu copyranosyl( 1→ 2 ) -[β -D -xylopyranosyl( 1→ 3) ] -β -D -glucopyranosyl( 1→ 4) -β D -galactopyranoside ,Ⅳ )和蔗糖 (sucrose ,V)。结论 :各化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。
Object To study the chemical constituents in bulbs of Allium nerinifolium Baker. Methods:The constituents were isolated and repeatedly purified on silica gel column. They were identified and structurally elucidated by physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis.Results:5 compounds were obtained.They were tigogenin(Ⅰ)、gitogenin(Ⅱ)、desgalactotigonin(Ⅲ)、25(R)-256-o-β-D-glucopyranosyl-22-methoxy-5α-furostan-3β、26-diol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→2)-[β-D-xylopyranlsyl(1→3)]-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→4)-β-D-galactopyranoside(Ⅵ) and sucrose(Ⅴ).Conclusion:All of them were isolated for the first time from this plant.
