外阴白色病变是妇科常见病 ,其病因及发病机制不清楚。近年来很多研究表明 :激素变化、酶的改变、自身免疫障碍。

Vulvar white lesion is a common disease in women.Its etiology and pathogenesis is unclear.Nowaday,most studies suggested that multifactorial etiology,including hormonal,enzymatic,infectious,autoimmune and cell proliferative factors is relate with vulvar white lesion.
