摘要
目的 探讨白介素 - 2受体 (SIL- 2 R)、睾酮 (Te)及风疹病毒感染在系统性红斑狼疮 (system ic lupuserythem atosus,SL E)发病中的作用及其与疾病的相关性。方法 选择 5 9例住院 SL E患者和 2 0例正常人 ,检测 SIL- 2 R、Te和抗风疹病毒 Ig G,用疾病活动评分 (SL AM)判断疾病活动性。对 SIL - 2 R、Te和抗风疹病毒 Ig G水平的变化及 Te与 SIL - 2 R间的相关性进行分析。结果 SL E患者血清 SIL - 2 R及抗风疹病毒 Ig G水平显著高于正常人 (P<0 .0 1) ;Te显著低于正常人(P<0 .0 1)。 SL E活动期患者 SIL - 2 R、抗风疹病毒 Ig G水平与 SL AM指数显著高于非活动期 (P<0 .0 1) ;Te显著低于非活动期 (P<0 .0 1)。Te含量和 SIL- 2 R浓度呈负相关。结论 Te、SIL- 2 R和抗风疹病毒 Ig G与 SL E的发病有关 ,并与 SL E的活动性密切相关 ,可为 SL
Objective\ To investigate the relationship between the etiology of SLE and SIL 2R,Te and IgG antibody to rubella virus.Methods The soluble interleukin 2 receptor(SIL 2R),testosterone(Te) and antibody to rubella virus IgG were detected in 59 SLE inpatients and 20 normal persons.SLAM was used to determine the activity of the disease.Results The levels of SIL 2R and IgG antibody to rubella virus increased significantly in patients( P <0 01),but the level of Te decreased markedly(P<0 .0 1) .The first two were also m ore remarkable in active SL E patients than those in inactive SL E,so was the SL AM index(P<0 .0 1) .Butthe level of Te decreased significantly in active SL E patients(P<0 .0 1) ,and Te content was negatively related to SIL- 2 R concentration.Conclusions SIL- 2 R,Te and Ig G antibody to rubella virus in serum are correlated with etiology and activity of SL E.The negative relationship of Te and SIL- 2 R provides a theoretic basis in the endocrine treatm ent and prevention of SL E.
