摘要
供应链管理代表了当前经济环境下的趋势与需要。供应链的概念强调了供应链内企业之间的协作 ,并通过协作使每个企业都获益。通过一个简单的供应链模型可以揭示出 ,如果制造商与零售商在制定价格时协调与合作 ,将会使供应链的利润及各自的利润都获得显著的增加 ,从而达到双赢结果。
Supply Chain Management (SCM) stands for trends and needs in the current business environment. The concept of SCM emphasises co-operation and collaboration among the firms and through that the firms will gain. In this paper, it is shown through a simple SCM model that if a manufacturer and a retailer set their prices jointly, there would be a significant improvement in total supply chain profit and that will lead to a bilateral profit making situation.
