利用欧洲中心 3层数值预报产品 ,综合运用相似系数和距离系数 ,研制了既反映环流形势相似又反映强度值相似的鹤壁市暴雨 2
with the Ecwmf, by analyzing the correlation coefficient and distance coefficient, the system can be used to forecast the 24h rainstorm has been developed which presents the similarity about not only the circumfluence but also the intensity.
