摘要
人工神经网络通过神经元之间的相互作用来完成整个网络的信息处理 ,具有自学习和自适应等一系列优点 ,因而用它来评价地区综合实力是可行的。针对地区综合实力评价问题 ,建立了基于神经网络的评价系统 。
The artificial neural network can complete the news treatment of the whole network by means of a mutual function between the neural units, and has a lot of merits of self-learning, self-adjusting and such like. Therefore it is feasible that comprehensive strength of area is evaluated by the neural network. The evaluation system based on the neural network is initially set up and the applied example is put forward in the light of the evaluation problem of comprehensive strength of area.
