摘要
研究了硝酸钠存在下磺化钾 氯化十六烷基吡啶液 固浮选分离Cu2 + 的行为及其与常见离子分离的条件。实验表明 :在硝酸钠存在下 ,控制pH 4 .0 ,Cu2 + 与I- 形成的CuI沉淀能被氯化十六烷基吡啶 (CPC)浮选 ,而Zn2 + 、Co2 + 、Mn2 + 、Ni2 + 、Fe2 + 、Al3+ 等不被浮选 ,据此实现了Cu2 + 与这些离子之间的定量分离。对合成水样及人发试样中微量铜进行了定量浮选分离测定 ,结果与原子吸收法相符。样品标准加入回收率为 1 0 3 .2 %~ 1 0 4 .2 % ;RSD为 1 8%~ 2 .8%。
The liquid-solid flotation separation of copper? from other metal ions with potassium iodide-cetylpyridinium chloride in the presence of sodium nitrate was studied. The results showed that the CuI formed from Cu 2+ and I - in this system could be easily floated by cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) at pH 4.0, and Zn 2+, Co 2+, Mn 2+, Ni 2+, Fe 2+, Al 3+ could not be floated. So Cu 2+ can be separated completely from Zn 2+, Co 2+, Mn 2+, Ni 2+, Fe 2+, Al 3+. The method has been used for the flotation separation of Cu 2+ in the sample of synthetic water and human hair, and the results agreed with those by AAS method. The recovery was 103.2%~104.2%, and the RSD was 1.8%~2.8% (n=6).
