摘要
战略思维是指全局性思维 ,是领导者在思考、规划全局性问题时的思维活动过程 ,它具有全局性、系统性、前瞻性、创造性等特点。战略思维是科学决策诸要素中的关键要素 ,它为领导者提供新的思维视角、广阔的思维空间和新的决策思路。肩负着社会主义现代化建设历史重任的领导者 ,要适应社会化大生产要求 ,领导思维方式必须进行革命性变革 ,努力使思维科学化。
Strategic thinking refers to comprehensive thinking. It is a thinking process of leaders when they are considering and planning matters of overall importance. Being comprehensive, systematic, predictive and creative, it is a key factor among all factors for scientific policy decision and provides a new thinking way, a broad thinking space and a new way for policy decision. Leaders who shoulder the important historical task of socialist modernization construction must carry out revolutionary reforms and strive for scientific thinking in order to meet the requirements of socialized production.
