摘要 充填采矿法愈来愈广泛地用于资源开发与回收 ,但管道充填过程中的洗管水和引路水是导致充填不接顶的主要原因。为实现采矿密实充填 ,研制了一种安装方便、使用效果好的充填滤水器 ,该滤水器能大量排出充填多余水 ,且不滤出充填胶凝剂 ,具有提高充填料浆浓度 ,增强充填体强度 ,改善充填接顶效果等作用 ,是一种理想的矿山密实充填脱水设备。 Cut and fill method is more and more widely used to develop and recover the mineral resources. However,the flushing water for the pipeline cleaning in the process of filling and leading water are the main cause to result in poor practice of top filling. An effective filter, which is easy to install, has been invented to realize the mining of solid filling. The new filter can drain surplus water out of the filling body and keep the cementing from flowing away. It helps to increase the concentration of filling slurry and the strength of the filling body. It also improves the practice of the top filling. Thus, it is an ideal dewatering device for the solid filling of mines. The field test shows that it has a wide application in mines that use the filling method.
