2002年中国水泥产量高速增长,突破7亿t已经不可避免;立窑增长仍高于旋窑。在今后10-20年内,要继续实行“控制总量,调整结构”的政策或遵循“等量淘汰或超量淘汰”的原则,才能加快新型干法水泥窑的建设速度,保证未来中国水泥工业健康和可持续发展。
China' s cement output in 2002 was increased in high speed that hit a new record to over 700 million tons, but increased capacity of shift kiln was still greater than that of rotary kiln. Within the future 10-20 years, the policy of 'controlling total capacity, adjusting the structure' and the principle of 'eliminating the shaft kiln capacity in equal or in excessive quantity' must be continued to insist on. Only in this way, can the precalcining kiln develop faster to ensure China' s cement industry having a healthy and sustainable development.
