电收尘器在新型干法生产线窑尾除尘系统中的应用(一) 被引量:1

摘要 电收尘器效率高、阻力小、能耗低、耐高温且运行维护费用少,是新型干法水泥生产线窑尾除尘系统优选的除尘设备。从电收尘器机理入手,通过对多种窑尾工艺系统布置形式的分析,提出在项目实施过程中,应正确选择增湿塔、电收尘器规格和设备供货厂家,严把制造质量和安装质量,投运后进行正常的工艺调试和操作,协调好窑、增湿塔、电收尘器和粉磨工艺之间的关系,加强日常的维护保养等,只有这样,才能保证除尘系统长期稳定高效地运行,达到生产和环境的双达标。 Electrostatic precipitator (EP), which has the property of high efficiency, low resistance, low power consumption, high temperature resistance and low cost for operation and mantainence is the best option of dedusters used at precalcining kiln inlet for dust collection. Based on the mechanism of EP and analyses of various arrangement of kiln inlet system, the author presents a conception of selecting correct conditioning tower, EP and their manufacturer, paying more attention to manufacture quality and erection quality, making a good commissioning and operation, well coordinating relationships among kiln, conditioning tower, EP and grinding process, and strengthening daily mantainence. Only in this way, can the dedusting system operate in high efficiency stable for long time, and can both production and environmental protection reach the standard.
