水泥窑窑衬的设计配套和操作维护是一个系统性的工程,质优价高的衬砖必须通过合理的匹配,提高操作水平和砌筑质量,稳定窑内热工制度来发挥它的优越性能,反过来中低档衬砖如在操作维护上下足功夫,结合窑的实际工况特点,亦能获得较好的效果。
It is a systematic engineering for liner design, operation and mantainence of cement kiln. Liner bricks with high quality and high price can play the superior role in behavior only through the reasonable matching, high quality masonry and stable thermal institution within the kiln. However, if more attention can be paid to operation, mantainence combined with actual processing properties within kiln, a better result can also be got with medium and low standard tine bricks.
