腹膜后非嗜铬性副神经节瘤19例

Retroperitoneal Nonchromaffin Paraganglioma:A Report of 19csaes

目的:探讨腹膜后非嗜铬性副神经节瘤的诊断与治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析19例腹膜后非嗜铬性副神经节瘤患者的临床表现、辅助检查、病理诊断及外科治疗结果。结果:19例患者均以腹部包块就诊,所有病例均行手术完整切除。病理诊断良性13例,恶性6例。14例随访0.5～8年,4例死亡。结论:本病对放、化疗均不敏感,手术是唯一有效的治疗方法。术前需做好肠道准备并充足备血,术中要注意控制高血压,防止心跳骤停。

Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment for retroperitoneal nonchro-maffin paraganglioma.Methods:The clinical materials of19cases surgically treated patients with retroperitoneal nonchromaffin paraganglioma were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All the patients were examined by abdominal mass and treated by operation.The followed-up of14cases from0.5to8years showed4cases died of tumor metestasis.Con clu sion:Surgical resection offers the only chance for cure in this disease.It is nonsensitive for patients that the treatment of radio-therapy and chemotherapy.Preparation of intestinal tract and blood before operation,controlling and handling sudden hypertension and cardiac arrest are important to the resection of retroperi-toneal nonchromaffin paraganglioma.
