摘要
提出了一种基于自适应原理的新型姆欧继电器。该继电器利用自适应控制方法对记忆电压极化姆欧继电器进行了修改,改后的继电器具有对接地电阻的自适应性,可以根据接地电阻的大小自动地调整继电器动作边界。该继电器具有极强的抗过渡电阻的能力,其可靠性不受继电器动作边界变化的影响。仿真分析的结果证明:该继电器具有优良的动作性能,在500 kV超高压长线路上可以反映高达800Ω接地电阻的单相故障。
In this paper, a new mho relay based on adaptive principle is proposed. The adaptive mho relay uses the adaptive control method to modify the mho relay that uses remembered voltage polarization. The modified relay can adapt to different earth resistance. The protective zone of the new relay is changed with the different earth-fault resistance adaptively. Thus the adaptive mho relay can reflect the earth-fault up to a super high resistance with high reliability. The simulations show that the new adaptive mho relay has excellent performance, and it can reflect the single- phase-to-earth-fault with resistance more than 800?on a long transmission line of 500kV.
