摘要
本文用“价值创造”理论,通过对公司价值活动进行价值链分析,试图重构公司的价值链,采用成本优势与差异优势整合的策略,指导公司竞争策略的调整,为公司创造竞争的优势。
Adopting theory of value creating, the essay intends to re-construct the company's value chain through value chain analysis of its activities, and instruct the adjustment of competition policy to create competition advantages for it under the policy of integrating cost advantage and distance advantage.
