对蒸发装置采盐系统的改进

摘要 南阳石油化工厂隔膜法烧碱Ⅱ号蒸发装置因采盐系统存在问题,致使蒸发器需频繁清洗,回收盐水中含碱量难以控制,成品碱中含盐超标且产量低。对采盐系统进行改进后,蒸发器生产能力提高了30%,电耗降低35kW·h/(t·NaOH),汽耗降低0.4t/(t·NaOH)。 In Petrochemical Plant of Nanyang City,since there were problems in the salt separation system in No.2 diaphragm caustic soda evaporation facility, evaporators needed washing frequently,caustic soda content in recovered brine was difficult to control,salt content in finished caustic soda surpassed the set standard and the producing capacity was low.After improving the salt separation system,the capacity of evaporators increased by 30%,the electricity consumption decreased by 35 kW·h/(t·NaOH) and steam consumption decreased by 0.4 t/(t·NaOH).
