摘要
文章介绍了 1种以 PL C C2 0 0 H为核心的铝板初轧机自动位置控制系统及其模糊控制器的设计方法 ,对传统的比例积分调节器和模糊控制器分别进行了理论分析和仿真研究 ,给出了系统的软、硬件结构 ,PL C配置及现场运行结果。本系统的特点是动态响应快 ,成本低 ,工作可靠 ,操作简单 ,定位精度可达± 0 .0 2 mm。
A C200H PLC-based automatic position control system for an aluminum plate roughing mill and it′s fuzzy controller designing method are presented. The theoretic analysis for PI regulator and the simulating study for FUZZY controller are respectively put forward. The software and hardware structures, the configuration of PLC, and the practical operation results are also described. The features of the system is of quick dynamic response, low cost, high reliability, simple and flexible operation. The positioning accuracy of the system is within ±0.02 mm.
