摘要
介绍了一种由腈纶废丝常压皂化水解制备水解聚丙烯腈的新工艺路线。研究了氢氧化钠用量、水用量、温度等对水解反应的影响,找出了最佳的水解工艺条件。引入了一种新型的沉析剂处理水解产物,降低了生产成本和排污负荷。
A new process to make hydrolyzed polyacrylonitile(HPAN) by using PAN waster fiber through saponifi-cation hydrolysis under nonnal pressure is introduced. The influence of the quality of caustic soda and water used and reaction temperture on hydrolysis reaction is studied. The optimum condition of hydrolysis process is selected. The introduction of a new type preciptant for treatment of hydrolysis product lower the production cost and load of waste discharge.
