构建企业集团实现矿业资源城市可持续发展

Realize the Sustainable Development of Cities with Mineral Resources by Constructing Enterprise Groups

矿业资源城市可持续发展的物质基础是非再生的矿产资源 ,其可持续性利用最终有限 ,矿产资源逐渐衰竭与城市持续发展之间的矛盾是摆在我们面前的重大课题。论文针对我国矿业资源城市可持续发展面临的问题 ,分析了构建矿业企业集团的必要性和迫切性 ,并对如何构建企业集团实现矿业资源市的可持续发展提出了调整矿业产业结构、优化集团组织结构、加强集团环境建设等对策建议。

The material basis of sustainable development for cities with mineral resources is non-renewable mineral resources, and its sustainable utilization will not last forever. Thus, it is an on-coming serious issue the contradiction between slow exhaustion of mines and sustainable development of cities. To the current problems during these cities' sustainable development, this paper analyzes the necessity and requirement to construct mining enterprise groups, and to construct these groups and realize this development, puts forward several suggestions: adjusting industrial structures of mining industry, optimizing management structures of these groups, and strengthening the construction of group environment.
