摘要
在非均质油藏模型上进行非牛顿流体流动物理模拟实验,对比研究水驱、聚合物驱和交联聚合物对提高石油采收率的影响.通过布置高精度的压差传感器测量不同驱替过程模型中的渗流压力场的动态变化,成胶后的交联聚合物封堵了高渗条区,改变了油藏内流体流动方向,驱替出低渗区内油,提高了采收率.
Experimental investigation has been conducted on gel polymer plugging in a sand packing model of horizontal heterogeneous reservoir, the effects of water flooding, polymer flooding and gel polymer plugging on EOR has been compared systematically. 49 differential pressure transducers with high accuracy were installed in the model to measure the pressure field variation in reservoir during the experiments. And the fluid flow variation in the reservoir was observed qualitatively with a digit camera after each experiment. In present tests, gel polymer plugging enhanced oil recovery 33% more than water flooding, and 14% more than polymer flooding. From pressure variation and test pictures, it is clearly shown that gel polymer plugged the central region with high permeability in the model, improved horizontal heterogeneity and expanded sweep region. The gel polymer plugging changed the fluid flow direction in reservoir and displaced oil on the two side regions with low permeability, which is responsibe for the enhanced oil recovery.
