摘要
介绍了数字式温度测控芯片在数字放射系统中 X射线采集板温度自动控制中的应用。采用 PC和单独控制双模块分别控制温度 ,利用半导体传感器 DS16 2 0进行四路温度采集 ,通过单片机和 PC串口通信、半导体制冷芯片控制 X射线采集板的工作温度。将其工作温度控制在最佳工作范围以便采集到更好的图像 ,在通信故障时通过单独控制模块来控制采集板的温度。
This paper introduces the application of digital semiconductor sensor DS1620 in the DR X-ray collection board for automatic temperature control system. The system uses PC and single-control dual mode to control the temperature separately and uses DS1620 to collect four-channel temperature with MPU and PC serial communication. PC could control the working temperature of X-ray collection board through semiconductor refrigeration chip. The system could control it's temperature in a best range to collect the best image, and when fault communication happens, single-control mode could control the temperature of the collection board.
