摘要
SF6优异的物化性能使其广泛地应用于电力设备中。SF6对地球温室效应影响问题的提出,使GIS制造业面临一些新的研究方向。文章根据当前环保要求和气体绝缘开关装置(Gas Insulated Switchgear,GIS)的最新研究成果,分析了GIS近期发展动态。认为在提高装置运行可靠性的同时, SF6/N2混合气体GIS的开发及GIS小型化是GIS的主要发展方向。从目前的研究现状来看,混合气体GIS的研究更加面向工程实际产品的开发;元件的小型化和性能优异的ZnO避雷器的应用以及新型断路器结构的采用是目前GIS小型化的主要途径;用超高频法对GIS局部放电进行在线监测可以对GIS绝缘早期故障进行识别和定位,进而提高GIS的运行可靠性。
Sulfur hexafluoride exhibits many excellent properties that make it suitable for insulation of equipment used in the transmission and distribution power networks. Sulfur hexafluoride is an efficient infrared absorber, and owing to its chemical inertness it has a very long life(approx. 3200 years) in the Earth抯 atmosphere. Both of these make SF6 a potent greenhouse gas. In this paper the recent development trend of gas insulated switchgear(GIS) is presented and the recent research achievements of GIS are also reviewed including the development of the application of the SF6 gas mixtures in GIS, the reliability of GIS operation, and miniaturization of the GIS. SF6/N2 is the most promising gas mixture for application in GIS, especially in GIL(gas insulated transmission line). In recent years much attention has been paid to SF6/N2 gas mixtures with low SF6 concentrations in the range of 5%-30%. Recent progresses in applications of electro-optical technology, high voltage gradient ZnO element in GIS and the new structure type of Gas Circuit Breaker make it possible to achieve further miniaturization of GIS. A considerable body of research shows that using the UHF method can locate partial discharge sources and discriminate the type of insulation defects, which can greatly improve the reliability of GIS in operation.
