摘要
随着经济向“全球化”发展 ,我国对外援助成套项目的数量在不断增加 ,国内施工企业参与成套项目投标竞争的机会亦自然增多。笔者就以参与投标报价的援坦赞铁路更新改造工程为例 ,对成套项目工程投标综合人工单价的确定和计算方法提出自己的一些见解。
Along with the development of economic 'globalization', the COMPLANT projects of foreign aid have continuously grown in our country, and the opportunity of participating in the competitive bidding for COMPLANT projects naturally increases for the domestic construction enterprises. The author puts forward, through the example of working out the bidding price for the renovation project of Tan-Zam Railway, his own view on the determination and calculation method of unit price for comprehensive labour of COMPLANT projects.
