Pareto Improvement of Apartment Allocation in Units

通过考察当前单位住房调配过程中的典型问题———住房装修补偿矛盾 ,发现许多单位现行的住房调配方式并不符合“帕累托效率”。本文运用消费者剩余及供给剩余对住房分配进行了分析 ,提出了单位住房分配的几种“帕累托改进”方法 ,并指出 :没有采取有效的住房分配制度是住房分配中存在的问题的根本原因。

After investigating the typical problem——compensation for the rest value of apartments decoration in apartments allocation,we found the present ways to allocate apartments in many units could not conform to Pareto Efficiency. Using the concepts of supplier's surplus and consumer's surplus to analyze the apartment and point out the radical reason of this problem is that effective institutions for apartments allocation were not adopted.
