摘要
随着休闲时代的到来,以休闲度假为主要目的的度假区建设日益受到人们的青睐。本文结合我国12个国家级旅游度假区的经验教训,以及国外一些旅游度假区的成功案例,总结出度假区发展的3个基础条件,5项趋势特征,并依此初步归纳出旅游度假区的规划特点。
With the coming of the time of the leisure tourism, the appearance of the tourist holiday resorts is welcome with each passing day. This paper discusses the three basis conditions and five development trends of the tourism planning characteristics based on the experience and lessons of the 12 Chinese tourist holiday resorts at the national level.
