摘要
目的探讨树舌多糖抗肿瘤的作用机制,寻找特异蛋白。方法将各组小鼠的眼血清蛋白、匀浆蛋白、膜糖蛋白分别做PAGE电泳,分析其蛋白组分的变化。结果树舌多糖作用后血清蛋白、匀浆蛋白、膜糖蛋白的蛋白组分都有变化。
Objctive to study the function of GF against cancer and to find out specific protein. Methods make PAGE electrophoresis on the eye's serum protein, homogenate protein and proteoglycan of cell cancer of every group mice and analyse the changes of every protein group. Results the protein of the mice cancer cell shows distinguished difference after the GF is injected into the mice.
