带膜食道支架治疗食管气管瘘

The effect of fistula of esophagus by endoscopic endoprosthesis

目的 了解内镜下安置带膜支架对食管瘘的临床疗效。方法 内镜下测定 13例食管气管瘘患者和 2例吻合口漏患者门齿到瘘口的距离 ,沿导丝利用置入器安放支架。结果 15例患者一次安置成功率为 93.3% ,13例食管气管瘘患者瘘口一次性封闭率为 10 0 % ,2例吻合口漏患者漏口愈合 ,无严重并发症发生。结论 内镜下安置带膜支架治疗食管瘘是一种有效、安全的方法。

Objective To assess the effect of endoscopic endoprosthesis to treat fistula of trachea and esophagus. Methods To determine the distance from incisor to fistula by endoscopy and plant the plank from the lead. Results Of the 15 cases,14 cases(93.3%) was planted successfully only one time.The rate of closing down of the trachea esophagus fistula was 100%,the healling rate of leaking of anastomosis was 100% and there was no severe complications.Conclusion Endoscopic endoprosthesis was an effective and secure way to treat the trachea esophagus fistula.
