首发精神分裂症的抑郁症状

Depressive symptoms in first-episode schizophrenia

目的 探讨首发精神分裂症的抑郁症状及其相关因素。方法 采用BPRS和HAMD对首次发病且符合CCMD 3精神分裂症或分裂样精神病诊断标准的 72例病人在治疗前后进行评定。对有和无抑郁症状者BPRS评定结果进行比较 ,并对有抑郁症状者治疗前后两量表评定结果进行比较。结果 精神分裂症的抑郁症状发生率为 4 4 .4 4 % ,男女性无显著性差异。有和无抑郁症状者BPRS总分及除焦虑抑郁因子分外的各因子分无显著性差异。有抑郁症状者治疗后BPRS及因子分和HAMD总分较治疗前有较大降低 ,差异极显著。结论 抑郁症状在精神分裂症中较常见 ,极可能是精神分裂症的核心成分。

Objective To explore the depressive symptoms in schizophrenia. Methods 72 patients experiencing their first episode of schizophrenia or schizophrenia like psychosis, who met with CCMD 3 criteria, were evaluated with BPRS and HAMD before and after treatment. Results The prevalence of depressive symptoms in schizophrenia was 44.44%. There wasn't significant difference between male and female patients. Except for the score of the anxiety depression factor, BPRS total score and its score of the factors weren't significantly different between patients with and without depressive symptoms. BPRS and its score of factors and HAMD total score were decreased after treatment in patients with depressive symptoms, which was significant difference. Conclusion Depressive symptoms were frequent in schizophrenic patients. They may be a core component of the disorder.
