利福平和异烟肼联用的药物动力学研究

Study on pharmacokinetics of Rifampin and Isoniazid administered in combination

目的 探讨利福平和异烟肼联用的体内药物动力学规律。方法 采用两种给药方法双周期交叉试验设计 ,比较联合给药与单独给药的动力学参数。结果 利福平和异烟肼联合给药未见药物间的相互作用。

OBJECTIVE To investigate pharmacokinetics of Rifampin and Isoniazid administered in combination by animal tests.METHODS Cross-over randomized design(two-two periods, two preparations) was employed One group was supplied with INH or RFP individually,while the other was supplied with INH and RFP in combination, and pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated and compared.RESULTS The interaction of RFP and INH did not affect the pharmacokinetics of each other.CONCLUSION There is no significant difference in pharmacokinetics of RFP and INH after administrated individually and in combination.
