Determination of the emodin and chrysophanol in Rheum rhizastachyum Schrenk by HPLC

目的 测定枝穗大黄中大黄素和大黄酚的含量。方法 采用HPLC测定。结果 枝穗大黄中大黄素和大黄酚的平均含量分别为 0 0 4 %和 0 2 3% ;加样回收率大黄素为 99 2 % ,大黄酚为 10 0 7%。结论 所用方法快速、灵敏、准确 。

OBJECTIVE To determine the emodin and chrysophanol in Rheum rhizastschyum Schrenk.METHODS HPLC was used to determine the emodin and chrysophanol.RESULTS The content of emodin was 0.04% and the content of chrysophanol was 0.23%;the average recovery was 99.2% and 100.7% respectively.CONCLUSION This method is simple,sensitive and accurate.
