双波长薄层扫描法测定维吾尔药琐琐葡萄中齐墩果酸的含量

Determination of oleanolic acid in Vitis amurensis by TLCS

目的 用薄层扫描法对维吾尔药琐琐葡萄中齐墩果酸进行定量分析。方法 双波长反射锯齿扫描 ,λS=5 2 0nm ,λR=6 5 0nm ;狭缝宽 0 4mm× 0 4mm ;线性化器SX =3;展开剂为环己烷 -乙酸乙酯 (7∶3) ;显色剂用 10 %硫酸乙醇溶液。结果 琐琐葡萄中齐墩果酸的含量为 0 2 0 1% ,齐墩果酸标准曲线线性范围为 2～ 6 μg ,平均回收率为 98 2 % ,RSD =3 1% (n =9)。结论 方法准确可靠 ,回收率好 ,可为维吾尔药材琐琐葡萄的品质评价提供参考。

OBJECTUVE To determine oleanolic acid in Vitis amurensis by TLCS.METHODS Dual wavelength reflecting zigzag scanning was performed,λ S=520 nm(λ R=650 nm,slit width 0.4 mm,SX=3).The developing solvent was cyclohexane-ethylacetate(7∶3),and the spraying solvent was ethanol containing 5% sulfuric acid.RESULTS The content of oleanolic acid in Vitis amurensis was 0.201%,the linear range of determination was 2 0-6 0 μg.The average recovery was 98.2%,RSD =3.1%(n=9).CONCLUSION The method was practicable with good recovery.
