RP-HPLC测定胃必宁片中呋喃唑酮的含量

Determination of furazolidone in Wei Bining tablets by RP-HPLC

目的 测定胃必宁片中的呋喃唑酮。方法 采用RP -HPLC ,Nova PakC18色谱柱 ,0 .0 33mol·ml-1磷酸二氢钾 -乙腈 (6 0∶4 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长 36 0nm。结果 呋喃唑酮的含量在 0 .32～ 1.6 μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好 (r =0 .9998) ,平均回收率99 .0 8% (n =5 ) ,方法精密度RSD =1.12 %。结论 所用方法简便、快速、准确。

OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of furazolidone in Wei Bining tablets. METHODS RP-HPLC with Nova-Pak C 18 column was used. The mobile phase was 0.033 mol·ml -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate-acetonitrile(60∶40). The detection wavelength was 360 nm. RESULTS There was a good linear relationship within the concentration range of 0.32-1.6 μg·ml -1 of furazolidone (r=0.9998). The average recovery was 99.08%(n=5) and RSD=1.12 %.CONCLUSION This method is simple,rapid and accurate.
