摘要
目的 探讨颅脑CT血管造影 (CTA)和综合后处理技术的临床应用。资料与方法 对 30例临床诊断或疑诊颅内血管病变患者和 4例血管畸形栓塞术后患者行CTA检查 ,并分别完成 5种图像后处理 :多层面重建(MPR)、表面遮盖三维显示 (3D SSD)、容积显示 (VR)、薄层块最大强度投影 (TS MIP)和仿真内镜 (VE)观察。结果CTA详细显示颈内动脉瘤 10例 ,前后交通支动脉瘤 5例 ,椎动脉瘤 3例 ,颈内动脉海绵窦瘘 1例 ,颅内动脉迂曲延长症 1例 ,栓塞治疗后 4例 ,其余 10例正常。各种病理情况的CTA后处理以VR最优 ,综合显示更佳。结论 颅脑CTA显示血管病变优越 ,以VR为主的综合后处理显示最好。
Objective To assess the clinical applications of CT angiography and comprehensive postprocessing techniques.Materials and Methods CT angiography was performed in 30 patients with clinically diagnosed or suspected intracranial vascular diseases and in 4 patients who had received embolization therapy for vascular malformation. Postprocessing of digital images included five rendering techniques: multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), 3 dimensional shaded surface display (3D SSD), volume rendering (VR), thin slab maximum projection (TS MIP) and virtual endoscopy (VE).Results CT angiography well displayed internal carotid aneurysm (n=10), anterior and posterior communicating artery aneurysm (n=5), vertebral artery aneurysm (n=3), tortuosity (n=1) or elongation (n=1) of intracranial arteries. Four cases had received embolization therapy and the remaining 10 cases showed no abnormalities. VR was superior to other postprocessing techniques in displaying the pathologic changes of the vessels.Conclusion CT angiography, especially VR technique, can clearly demonstrate intracranial vascular diseases.
