摘要
目的,探讨精浆与血液中一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)与男性生殖能力之间的关系。方法 应用化学比色法对110例不育男性和20例正常男性精浆和血清中的NO,NOS进行检测。结果 不育症患者精浆及血清中的NO和NOS含量均明显高于正常生育男性,以精浆中的变化较为显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。以精子密度≥60×10~9L^(-1)者精浆和血液中的NO,NOS增高最为显著。不育症患者精浆和血液中的NO和NOS与精子密度、精子活动率、正常形态精子比率、精子活率均存在正相关,尤以精浆中的变化最为显著,其中精浆中的含量与精子活动率、精子活率呈密切正相关(P<0.01)。结论 精浆和血液中的NO,NOS水平与男性的生殖能力密切相关。正常含量的NO在精子的产生、获能等过程中发挥重要作用;当NO含量升高时,则影响精子的形态及活动,导致不育。通过检测精浆中NO,NOS含量,可以观察男性的生殖的生殖状态、判断精子运动和获能情况,从而指导临床对男性不育症患者进行有效的治疗。
Objective It is to study the relationship between nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in seminal plasma and blood and male fertility. Methods NO and NOS in seminal plasma and serum of 110 cases of infertile men and 20 cases of fertile men were determined with chemical colorimetric. Results The NO and NOS in seminal plasma and serum of infertile men were significantly higher than those of fertile men and those changes in seminal plasma showed more significance. The rise of NO and NOS in seminal plasma and serum of the cases with sperm's density≥60 × 109 L-1 were most marked. The NO and NOS in seminal plasma and serum of infertile men were positively correlated with the sperm's density, the sperm active rate, the normal sperm rate and the sperm survival rate. The No in seminal plasma was closely positively correlated with the sperm active and survival rate (P<0.01). Conclusion The level of NO and NOS in seminal plasma and serum correlated closely with male fertility. The normal content of NO play an important role in the courses of spermatogene-sis and its energy acquiring. Higher content of NO may lead to infertility by influence sperm shape and motility. So detecting the levels of NO and NOS in seminal plasma have important significance to observing the state of male fertility, judging sperm motility and its energy acquiring and guiding clinical effective treatment for infertile men.
