摘要
目的 了解醋酸氯己定类洗手消毒液的消毒效果和毒性。方法 按卫生部《消毒技术规范》有关要求 ,对诗洁手消毒液有效成分含量、实验室和现场应用效果、毒性进行检测评价。结果 经检测 ,诗洁手消毒液含0 .9746%醋酸氯己定 ,原液 p H值 7.0 9,含醋酸氯己定 5 0 0 0 mg/ L 样液作用 2 m in,对布载体大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率达到 99.90 %以上 ,原液作用 2 min对布载体白色念珠菌的杀灭率达到 99.93 % ,5 m in杀灭率达到 10 0 % ;3 0人次的现场试验结果表明 ,含醋酸氯己定 5 0 0 0 mg/ L 样液作用 1m in对手上自然菌灭除率达到99.5 7% ,消毒后残留菌落数符合 GB15 982规定的 类环境医护人员手消毒要求 ;毒性检测结果表明属实际无毒类 ,对皮肤无刺激 ,无蓄积毒性和致突变性。
OBJECTIVE To observe the disinfection efficacy and toxicity of liquid hand disinfectant containing chlorhexidine acetate. METHODS The content of active component, disinfection efficacy in laboratory and field tests and toxicity were examined according to Disinfection Technology Criteria issued by the Ministry of Public Health. RESULTS The Shijie Disinfectant contained 0.9746% chlorhexidine acetate and its pH value was 7.09. The results showed that its diluted solution containing 5 000 mg/L chlorhexidine could kill more than 99.90% of Escherichia coli or Staphylococcus aureus on cloth carrier with 2 min contact and 99.93% and 100% of Candida albicans on cloth carrier with contact for 2 min and 5 min, respectively. The eliminating rate of natural microbes on hand was 99.57% for its diluted solution containing 5 000 mg/L chlorhexidine in the field test of 30 person times with the residual bacterial amount qualified with the demand of GB 15982 on medical personnel working in class A area. The toxicological tests showed that it was an actual non toxic agent without stimulation to skin, accumulative toxicity and mutagenicity. CONCLUSIONS Shijie Liquid Hand Disinfectant is applicable to hand washing for sanitary maintenance and surgical disinfection in medical institutions.
