原发性小肠肿瘤(附38例分析)

PRIMARY SMALL INTESTINAL TUMORS (38 CASES ANALYSIS)

目的 :探讨原发性小肠肿瘤临床表现、病理分型及诊断、治疗。方法 :对 38例原发性小肠肿瘤病理类型 ,症状 ,诊断方法及手术疗效进行分析。结果 :原发性小肠肿瘤发生率低 ,以恶性肿瘤为主。手术治疗效果较差。结论 :原发性小肠肿瘤症状不典型 ,早期诊断困难 ,应采用综合检查方法 ,并首选手术治疗。

Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics and diagnosis of primary small intestinal tumors. Methods:We analyzed the pathological type,clinical characteristics,diagnosis and treatment of primary small intestinal tumors. Results:The incidence of primary small intestinal tumors was low,and most of them were malignant.The therapeutic effect of operation was relatively poor.Conclusions: The clinical presentation of primary small intestinal tumor is not typical and the early diagnosis for malignant tumor is difficult. The diagnosis should be using more examinations. The operation of primary small intestinal tumors is the preferred method.
