上皮性卵巢癌P16蛋白表达的研究

EXPRESSION OF P16 PROTEIN IN EPITHELIAL OVARIAN CANCER

目的 :探讨P16基因蛋白表达与上皮性卵巢癌发生、发展的关系。方法 :应用SP免疫组织化学方法对 13例正常卵巢 ,17例良性卵巢肿瘤和 4 0例上皮性卵巢癌P16蛋白表达进行检测。结果 :P16蛋白在正常卵巢、良性卵巢肿瘤及上皮性卵巢癌中阳性表达率分别为 5 7.6 9% ,4 1.18% ,6 7.5 %。各组间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。上皮性卵巢癌P16蛋白表达强度与组织学类型 ,病理分级及临床分期有关。组织分化越差 ,临床期别越高 ,P16表达越弱。结论 :P16蛋白表达异常在上皮性卵巢癌发生、发展中起一定作用。

Objective:To explore the relationship between expression of P16 protein and development of epithelial ovarian cancers. Method:The expression of P16 was detected in 13 cases of normal ovaries, 17 cases of benign tumors and 40 cases of epithelial ovarian cancers by immunohistochemistry (S-P method). Results:The positive rate of P16 protein in expression was 57.69% in normal ovaries, 41.18% in benign tumors and 67.5% in epithelial ovarian cancers.There was no significant difference among these groups ( P >0.05). The expression of P16 protein was correlated with its histological types, clinical stage and histologic grade. The lower expression of P16 protein was associated with advanced stage and grade. Conclusion:There was a certain correlation between the expression of P16 and development of epithelial ovarian cancers.
