摘要
目的 :提出一种治疗肩锁关节脱位的新的手术方法。方法 :在对标本及模型进行生物力学试验的基础上 ,提出“悬挂式动力钢丝内固定术” ,并应用于 2 5例肩锁关节脱位病例的临床治疗。结果 :随访提示 :全都病例肩锁关节的功能均完全恢复 ,无并发症及后遗症。结论 :与以往的手术方法相比 ,本术式既简单又更加符合肩锁关节的生物力学特性。
Objective:To provide a new method of operational treatment for the dislocation of the acromioclavicular joint, which is more up to the principle of the biomechanics of the acromioclavicular joint, and with simple processing. Methods:'Suspended dynamic steel-wiring', offered based on the results of the biomechanical tests on the cadaver specimens and mechanical models,was used in the clinical treatment of 25 cases of the dislocation of the acromioclavicular joint.Results:All the cases were followed up and it was found that the function of the acromioclavicular joint was recovered with no complications and sequelaes.Conclusion:Compared with other surgical methods before, this new method is not only simple, but also more up to the characteristic of the biomechanics of the acromioclavicular joint.
