十六大报告立足高远 ,气势磅礴 ,内涵丰富 ,思想深刻 ,是一篇马克思主义的纲领性文献。报告就其内容而言 ,可以概括为“一个主题”、“一条主线”、“一个目标” ;就其特征而言 ,主要表现为“理论性”、“时代性”、“实践性”三大特征 ;同时 ,十六大报告还提出了许多新思想、新论断 ,在多方面发展了马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论。认真学习十六大报告 ,是当前一项重要的政治任务。
The report at the 16th National Congress of CPC is a programmatic document of Marxism with high standpoints, great momentum, profound connotation and deep thoughts. As for its content, it can be generalized as “one theme', “one main line', “one goal'; as for its feature, it mainly manifests “theoretical character', “time quality' and “practice quality'. At the same time, the report puts forward a lot of new thoughts and theses and develops Marxism-Mao Zedong Thought Deng Xiaoping Theory in fields. It's an important political task to seriously study the report at the 16th National Congrees of CPC for the present.
