Focus Research into Ideological and Political Work in the West Post developing Area of the New Century

本文对新世纪中国西部后发展地区思想政治工作的难点问题展开了研究 ,认为存在五大难点 :偏重倚重经济发展 ,轻视忽视思想政治工作与社会全面发展 ;忽视以人为本 ,思想政治工作的目标较为模糊 ;思想政治工作实施手段陈旧 ;思想政治工作中的诸个观念问题存在误区 ;地方政府的信用危机与公民诚信观念的重塑仍有相当难度 。

The author in this article researches the issue of ideological and political work in the west post-developing area of the new century and there're five difficulties: Particularly emphasizing economic development and neglecting the whole development of ideological and political work and society; overlooking the center of human and being vague to the goal of ideological and political work; using the outmoded ways to enforce the work; there are errors in several notions of the work; it's quite hard to rebuild the notion of the public honesty and belief, to change credit crisis of local government, and some tentative plans are put forward to improve them.
