管理集成是产品创新管理发展的趋势之一 ,管理集成模式的选择直接影响到管理集成系统的绩效。首先阐述了管理集成模式的内涵 ;其次对管理集成模式的发展历程进行了分析 ,管理集成模式的发展主要经历了垂直集成和水平集成 2种模式 ;
Managerial integration is one of the developmental trends of product innovation management and the selection of the managerial integration paradigm affects directly the performance of managerial integration system. Firstly, the concept of the managerial integration paradigm is described and the developmental process of managerial integration, which experienced vertical integration and horizontal integration, is analyzed. Finally, a systematic managerial integration paradigm is introduced.
