Theory of the Corruption of the National Characteristic

民情是各种社会现象赖以生存的土壤 ,而我们在研究社会问题的时候 ,却常常被忘却了。对司法腐败这一复杂社会现象的深入研究 ,须以法社会学的视角作换位思考。腐败的民情基础 ,不正的社会风气 ,不但是公序良俗、清廉司法的天敌 ,甚至也是建构良好国家秩序的天敌。

National characteristic is the earth rooted by different kind of social phenomenon But it is forgotten when we research social problems. In order to take a deep research about this complicated social problem-the judicial corruption, we must change our position to think it from law-sociology view. The national characteristic corruption base and the unjust social custom are not only the enemies of social order and honest jurisdiction, but also the enemies of constructing a good public order.
