摘要
阐明法院调解制度的重要价值和作用 ,指出《民事诉讼法》关于调解规定的缺陷及实践中存在的问题 ,并对完善调解制度提出若干建议。
The significance and function of system of court medication are expounded defects considering system of court medication of the Civil Procedural Law and problems existing in the fact are pointed out along with several suggestions of perfecting system of court medication.
