摘要
运用比较研究方法 ,将我国《合同法》中的代理制度与大陆法、英美法相关内容相比较 ,认为应借鉴成功的立法经验 ,完善我国的代理立法 ,以适应市场经济的迫切需要。
By comparing the similarities and differences between the agency of the Contract Law in China and relative provisions of two major system of the world,we conclude that to draw lessons from successful legislative experience will be very significant to the perfection of the legislation of agency law in china and meet with the requirements of market economy.
