摘要 采用NaCl根际处理和叶面饲喂2 2 Na方法 ,研究了野生大豆 (Glycinesoja)———耐盐的BB5 2、盐敏感的N2 32 32和栽培大豆 (Glycinemax)———较耐盐的Lee6 8幼苗在盐胁迫及解除过程中对Na+ 、Cl-的吸收和再转运。结果表明 ,在NaCl根际处理 12h过程中 ,BB5 2和Lee6 8幼苗根对Na+ 、Cl-吸收和向茎、叶的运输逐渐增加 ,10h时趋于稳定 ,Na+ 、Cl-含量高低顺序是根 >茎 >叶。但N2 32 32的Na+ 、Cl-含量则是茎 >根 >叶。在用NaCl对根处理 10h后再解除NaCl处理的 0~ 36h内 ,BB5 2吸收的Na+ 、Cl-较多地留于根部或转运至根茎过渡区 ,叶中较少。N2 32 32吸收的Na+较多地转运至茎部 ,而Cl-含量在幼苗各部分无差异。叶片饲喂2 2 Na 10h后 ,BB5 2吸收2 2 Na较N2 32 32多 ,并较多地向根部运输。从离子再转运角度讨论了BB5 2的耐盐性。 The absorption of Na + and Cl - by soybean seedlings under salt stress and re-transportation of Na + and Cl - after the removal of salt stress have been studied with Glycine soja (the higherly salt-tolerant BB52 and the salt-sensitive N23232) and Glycine max (the salt tolerant Lee68) with the rhizosphere NaCl treatment and 22NaCl feeding on leaf blade. It showed that, during the stress of NaCl 150 mmol/L for 12 h, the absorption of Na + and Cl - by roots, and their transportation to stems and leaves of BB52 and Lee68 proceeded till 10 h, and the Na + and Cl - contents were in the order roots>stems>leaves. But the order in N23232 was stems>roots>leaves(Figs.1,2). The absorbed Na + and Cl - in BB52 stressed with NaCl 150 mmol/L for 10 h were mainly remained in roots or re-transported to root-stem transition zone after withdrawal of NaCl for 36 h, while those in N23232 were mostly re-transported to stems for Na + and showed no difference in all parts for Cl -(Figs.4,5). After 22NaCl feeding on leaf blade for 10 h, the much more uptake of 22Na in BB52 was more transported to the roots, while that in N23232 was the opposite(Fig.6). The mechanisms of salt tolerance in BB52 were also discussed.
