报道了角形虫属CeratomyxaTh啨lohan ,1892 1新种和中国 4新纪录 :黄海角形虫C .huanghaiensissp.nov .,狭窄角形虫C .angustaMeglitsch ,196 0 ,倾斜角形虫C .declivisMeglistch ,196 0 ,川鲽角形虫C .platichthytis(Fujita ,192 3)Schulman ,196 6及镰状角形虫C .drepanopsettaeAwerinzew ,190 8,并对各角形虫的生境、感染率等作了描述。
This paper describes five Ceratomyxid species of myxosporeans (Myxosporea: Bivalvulida: Ceratomyxidae) parasitic in marine fishes collected from the Yellow Sea, off the Shandong coast of China. One of these, C. huanghaiensis is considered new to science while the four others, C. angusta Meglitsch, 1960, C. declivis Meglitsch, 1960, C. drepanopsettae Awerinzew, 1908 and C. platichthytis (Fujita, 1923) Schulman, 1966 are first records for China.Ceratomyxa huanghaiensis sp. nov.(Fig.1,a-j;Tab.1)Host and site of infection. Gall bladder cavity of Platycephalus indicus Linnaeus, 1758. Locality. Coastal waters of Qingdao (36°08′N, 120°43′E), Rongcheng (37°18′N, 122°42′E) of the Yellow Sea, China. Prevalence and ecological features. Ten of thirteen fish examined were infected (75%); salinity about 32‰, water tempeature 12-14℃. Type-specimens. Syntypes on slide (No. qd-19990412) are deposited in the Animal Biology Research Laboratory of Chongqing, Chongqing Normal University, China. The diagnostic features: trophozoites monosporous(33-35)μm×(10-12)μm; spore crescent with smooth surface, 35.6?μm±3.2 (29-40)μm×6.5?μm±0.7(5.5-7.5)μm in size; two spherical polar capsules located anteriorly, 2.9?μm±0.2(2.6-3.2)μm in diameter; (30.0-32.0)μm in length of filament; coelozic. According to the spore shape, C. urophysis is very similar to the new species. However, the former can be distinguished by the shape of spores (crescent-shaped, kidney-shaped). In terms of size, C. urophysis is distinctly different from the latter in length of the filament (38-45?μm,30-32?μm). The vegetative form of C. urophysis is sharply different from that of C. huanghaiensis (disporous trophozoites, monosporous trophozoites, some with tips). In addition, the 2 species mentioned above were obtained from different hosts and regions.
