大鼠胎脑神经细胞与几丁质多孔体、胶原蛋白海绵及明胶海绵生物相容性的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 评价大鼠胎脑神经细胞与几丁质多孔体、胶原蛋白海绵及明胶海绵的细胞相容性 ,为中枢神经组织工程材料的选择提供实验依据。方法 将大鼠胎脑神经细胞分别与几丁质多孔体、胶原蛋白海绵及明胶海绵联合体外培养 ,进行光、电镜观察 ,并测定 3种材料与细胞的吸附率。结果 神经细胞均能在 3种材料上贴附并生长 ,细胞吸附率分别为 31.5 4 %、30 .5 8%和 15 .5 4 % ,并且几丁质有促进细胞生长的作用。结论 几丁质、胶原蛋白及明胶 3种材料 ,尤其是几丁质 ,具有良好的神经细胞相容性 。 Objective To evaluate the bioeompatibility of chitin sponge,collagen protein sponge and glutin sponge combined with cultured fetal brain cell of rat,provide some clue for the choice of biomaterial in neural tissue engineering.Methods Fetal brain cells were cultured respectively combined with biomaterials in vitro,and the morphological characters were detected with light microscope and scanning electronic microscope and combining rates were detected.Results Fetal brain cells could be attached to and extended on all the bioma.terials and normally grown.Chitin could stimulate the growth of the cells.Conclusion All the three biomaterials have good biocompatibility with fetal brain cells,they can be used as biomaterial for cell thansplantation in neural tissue engineering.
